The company really seems to care about its sitters and parents input. They even reward sitters for certain tasks such as if they complete a certain number of bookings.
You can even charge your own rates and have parents leave reviews for you. Before accepting a booking; you can read the parents profile, number of completed bookings and reviews as well.
This is a nice option while you are on a job hunt or already work but could use a little extra money for groceries and gas. I wish I had this company around when I was younger; it would have really helped out my financial situation.
As a sitter; you will baby-sit at the parents location from what it seems. Plus; I did a job on the app and for safety reasons; the app tracks each member during a job. I really like this! I was paid a few days later after the baby-sitting job I have done. I can not wait to do more!
